The village’s regular Pilates instructor, Miranda Coe, will be a hosting a series of fitness demonstrations at up and coming events. We are very proud to have an association with this lovely lady and are keen to support her in expanding attendance of her classes.

Just as a tree needs its trunk to support its limbs and sway gracefully Pilates allows us to achieve and maintain our own core stability. Balancing muscular strength and flexibility in the arms, legs and joints prevents injury and allows movement with greater ease.

Miranda suggests we look after ourselves from the inside out, and the outside in and Pilates is a fantastic way to do that.
